Example 2: As we all know, there are lots of famous writers in the world. They have different writing styles and writing skills. Among them, I just like Maupassant most.

Maupassant was born in France in 1850 and died in 1893. He has many famous works, such as Une Vie and Beautiful Friends. He has 6 novels and 350 short stories. His short stories were his most famous achievements（成就）. Maupassant, O. Henry and Chekhov were called the greatest short novels’ writers in the world. Today, Maupassant’s name is still renowned（著名的）in the world. He is a famous writer who is respected by others. His works are natural and true, which are very easy to be accepted. I read his novels when I was in senior middle school. From then to today, I have already read several novels of his.

Now, I have been in Nanjing University, where I have more chances to read his novels in school’s library. I will grasp（抓住）the opportunity and make good use of it.

Brief Comment（简评）：Example 2的开头比较好，和题目有个承接，显得自然而不突兀。回答有些像人物传记，对Maupassant这位作家的生平介绍得比较详细，如果能再加上自己的读后感应该会更好，需要注意的也是没有提及作家及其作品对自己人生的指导意义，即没有站在一定的高度进行分析。
