Example 3: Pressure may come from anywhere at any possible time. Some pressure can be predicted and you could make adequate preparation, such as pressure resulting from competition, exam, marriage, disease, interpersonal relationship, etc. The major source of this kind of living pressure, as far as I’m concerned, is responsibility. Subconsciously(下意识地), we put too much emphasis on those things, and would owe the outcome to(把....归因于)ourselves. In fact, what we can do is sparing no effort(不遗余力)to make the process as good as we can, but sometimes things won’t turn out as we have expected. As for me, I can hardly find an effective way to relieve such pressure. The only way out is doing my best.
Furthermore, there are unpredicted pressure coming from getting criticized, losing wallet, being misunderstood, encountering failures or other trivial(琐碎的) things, and pressure originating from jealousy(妒忌), shyness, or grievance(委屈,怨恨). Under such circumstances, we need to calm down, think twice, and find the proper way to release it a bit, otherwise let it be. We can decide what may happen, and it seems not that important even if we can’t. Just relax yourself every time you meet with pressure, and gradually, you will discover you'll never be disturbed by it.
